Manna. Loaves and fishes. Pancakes? Although not a miracle food mentioned in the Bible, pancakes made by Knights of Columbus Regina Mundi Council #4052 actually help sustain people not only in Feasterville, but around the world.
Whether getting supplies, preparing the pancakes (starting at 6 AM), serving them, or cleaning up, the dedicated Knights and their families did all the work for this June 4th event, allowing more than 100 hungry parishioners to enjoy a tasty breakfast. However, all parishioners will benefit because the Knights donated a portion of their profits to ABVM.
In addition, the majority of the proceeds will help the Global Wheelchair Mission. Since 2003, K of C Councils in the U.S. and Canada have partnered with this organization to purchase and distribute more than 53,000 wheelchairs in Afghanistan, Argentina, Colombia, Cuba, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guatemala, Haiti, Jordan, Mexico, Morocco, Oman, Panama, the Philippines, Poland, the United States and Vietnam.

To help the Knights continue their good works, including turning pancakes into wheelchairs, please support their breakfasts. The next one is scheduled for early October.
